Looking after yourself in times of change

Change can be stressful.  Whether you are experiencing change at work or in your private life this could be a stressful time for you and a time when you need to take extra care of yourself.

Paying attention to your diet and making sure you get enough exercise can help.  Also be kind to yourself during times of change and get plenty of rest.
