Q. What is health screening?

Health screening is carried out where it is important that you are fit enough to perform aspects of your particular role. This might be because you work at height or drive a vehicle other than a car for example.

Your OH Screening Nurse/Technician will explain in detail exactly which tests you need.

When your tests have been completed your OH Nurse/Technician will explain what information will be sent to your manager about your fitness and when you will need to attend for your next health screening appointment.

If you are attending for health surveillance/screening please bring:

• Proof of identity.
• Glasses if worn.
• List of current medications.
